Just look at those ears! Ace is an energetic young dog who is looking for a family that can give him all the attention and play he deserves. Ace was brought to us because his previous owner had to move to a new location that doesn't allow dogs. According to the previous owners, Ace loves to go for walks, play fetch and run around the back yard. Ace would be a great adventure buddy for an active family, once he gets to know you. He has done well with his potty training and lets his people know who he has to go outside, but will have an occasional accident now and then. He already knows some commands like "sit" and "come," but he is still working on "stay" (he gets too excited to see people). He lived in a home with a smaller dog and did very well with his younger brother. He has also lived with children as young as 10 and does just fine. We aren't sure how he would react with cats since he has never lived with one before. Ace hasn't left his backyard much until now, so he can be a little hesitant when he meets new people, but once he gets to know you he is a very sweet boy. He is already neutered, vaccinated and chipped so he can go home any time. An adoption fee of $250.00 will cover his cost of care and help us provide for other animals in need.
