David has been a vital part of Pets & Pals since 2014, stepping into the role of Executive Director in 2024. He is dedicated to finding creative solutions to eliminate pet homelessness and connecting rescue animals with their forever families—a mission he lives out at home as a proud dad to two Pets & Pals cats.

Stacie started working for Pets & Pals in 2000, but she's been here her whole life! She handles all the HR business and assists the Executive Director with operations to keep the shelter running smoothly. She is a dog mom to 3 Pets & Pals Alumni. She enjoys training her newest member, Liberty (pictured), to be our Pets & Pals adoption ambassador.

Curtis is in charge of all our kennel staff.  He has been with P&P since 1998.  Curtis has 2 Pets and Pals dogs and spoils them both!

Renae has been part of our team since 2021. She takes care of the behind-the-scenes administrative work and helps families find their perfect furry match. Though she comes home to two spoiled cats of her own, Honey and Biscuit, her heart has plenty of room for all pets!

Cassara has been with us since 2022 and is our Lead Kennel Technician and social media star. She helps oversee the daily care and well-being of our animals while creating engaging content to share their stories and help them find loving homes. She is also a proud Beagle mom!

Lacy started working at Pets & Pals in 2025 as one of our amazing Kennel Techs. She is a cat mom to two cats at home. She has a big heart for all kitties and takes her job at professional snuggler very seriously!

Leslye is one of our Kennel Techs here at Pets & Pals. She helps trains our animals and has a special love for Shepherds! She brings so much dedication to every animal she works with. She also is a proud Shepherd mom and cat mom.

Hannah is one of our Kennel Techs. She is amazing with animals and brings so much love and care to Pets & Pals. She's also a proud Chihuahua mom and cat mom!

Debbie is one of our newest members of Pets & Pals. She keeps our front desk running smoothly and with kindness. She has a wide variety of animal experience working at vet clinics and in the wildlife rehab field. She is the proud pet parent of 2 dogs and 4 cats.
