Benji is the perfect dog for anyone who is looking for a small companion with lots of love to give. Benji is a 4 year old Shih-Tzu/Pomeranian mix and weighs only 20 lbs. He has lived in a home for his entire life, but sadly his owners had to rehome him due to some medical issues with a family member. He is used to going outside to potty using a doggy door, but may pee a little sometimes if he gets too excited. His owners didn't have time to exercise him very often, but they said he absolutely loves playing fetch. At 4 years old, Benji has outgrown most of his puppy behaviors, but still has plenty of energy to go on walks and play. He has lived with children as young as 2 and does just fine, but has not had too much experience with other dogs or cats.
