Roger is one of our newest additions. He is currently 38 pounds. He was surrendered to one of our veterinarians back in August due to the owner's inability to take care of his vet care. Roger had cherry eye and has had corrective surgery by the vet who took him in. Now that he is neutered and post surgery, the vet asked us to find him a great new home. Roger's estimated date of birth is 8/17/23, so he is still a young man. He is very friendly, but can be a bit headstrong, so someone familiar with the breed would be helpful. He will need to learn his house training and some manners, as it doesn't seem that he has had that training prior, but we know he is up for the task. Roger does get along well with other dogs, but does not like sharing his treats, so he would need to be allowed to have bones, etc. in his own space. We are told he is not food aggressive though. He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. $400.00 adoption for this handsome gentleman.
