Theodore was found as a stray, wandering with a group of other dogs on 10/4 in Manteca. He is definitely some type of pug mix (our guess is pug/beagle) and is a very polite boy. He seems to be friendly with new people right away and shouldn't have problems living with other dogs either. Since he was brought to us as a stray, we don't know too much about his temperament in the home, but we suspect he will adjust quickly to life in his new home. Theodore only weighs 16 lbs. so he would be great choice for someone looking to adopt a smaller pet. Based on his teeth, we estimate he is about 1 year old, so he shouldn't get much bigger than he is now. He will be on a stray hold until 10/14 to give his owners a chance to claim him. If no-one claims him, Theodore will be neutered on 10/24 and can go home any time after that. An adoption fee of $300.00 will cover the cost of his neuter, vaccinations and microchip.
