This is Finch, an incredibly handsome Border Collie (might have another breed mixed in there that we're not sure of) estimated to be about 8 months due to his puppyish features and bright white teeth. This delightful boy is super sweet and enjoys attention from people. He was found wandering a truck yard before he was brought to us for help, and no owner came forward for him, unfortunately.
