Ralphie is a sweet and energetic Chihuahua mix puppy, estimated to be between 8-10 months old and weighing 12 lbs. The poor guy was found wandering all alone, and he was picked up and brought to us so we could help. We are looking for his owners, but if no one claims him by 8/15, he will be able to be adopted and go to his new home. He has a lot of love to give and is looking for a family that can help him continue to learn and grow. Ralphie is a little shy at first (likely because he doesn't know why he's at a loud shelter at such a tender age!), but once he warms up to you, he becomes your best friend. He loves to cuddle and receive scratches. Since he's still a puppy, he'll need a patient family that can provide him with consistent training and socialization. He is up-to-date on his vaccinations and microchipped, and he will be neutered on 8/15.
