Meet Luna – Your New Best Friend! Sweet Luna is ready to find the forever family she's been waiting for! Born in June 2020 and weighing just 13 pounds, this adorable Dachshund is looking for a home where she can finally enjoy all the love and attention she deserves. Luna came from a breeder and lived with several other Dachshunds. While her previous family cared about her, they simply didn't have enough time for all of their dogs. Now it's Luna's turn to be someone's cherished companion. This little girl loves being an indoor dog and is house-trained, letting you know when she needs to go outside. Since she hasn't had many opportunities to venture beyond her home, she's still learning about the world. She hasn't been leash-trained and has limited experience riding in the car, so she'll need a patient family willing to help her build confidence at her own pace. Watching her blossom will be incredibly rewarding! Luna has lived in an adults-only home, so we don't yet know how she'll do with children. Her previous owners shared that she tends to get along best with male dogs. She also makes a wonderful little watchdog and will happily let you know when someone is at the door. With her sweet nature and gentle spirit, Luna is ready for a family who will give her the time, love, and security she's been missing.
