Meet Choco, a 9-month old boy who is mixed with Chow and Retriever. He came from a family home but they felt they did not have time for a dog right now, so wanted us to help find him another family for his next chapter. He has lived with kids aged 4 and older and is friendly with people. He seems to be a smart dog who will likely train quickly. Sadly, Choco was never allowed indoors, but he would love to be able to come inside with his people. He will need to learn his house manners, but he is still a young dog. He currently weighs 51 pounds and probably won't get too much taller, but may fill out more. Prior owner says he is friendly with other dogs, likes the water and knows a few commands: sit, give paw and speak. Choco is an active dog who will thrive in a home where people have time to give him walks and playtime.
