Checkers is a great little dog. He is only 11 pounds and about 5 years of age. This dog has not had a very cushy life before he arrived. He was living outside with other dogs and was never allowed in the house. He does get along well with other dogs and was around children 5 and older. He is afraid of cats. We would love to find this boy a loving home where he is allowed to be part of a family and not just left out in the elements. He deserves better.
