This sweet thing is Coco. Coco was born 12/14/22, so is still very young. She is very submissive and seems to be loving. She is here because the prior owner's dog was not accepting of Coco after a week of trying. She has not lived in a home with a cat or children, so we are unable to know if she does well. She does seem to have a gentle personality in the short time she has been here. We have a spay appointment for her on the 15th of May and she can leave the shelter the following day. She is fully vaccinated and microchipped. She is ready for her new chapter. She will need regular grooming to keep her coat nice, so cost should be considered when thinking of adopting her. We were told that Coco is a Maltipoo, but has coarser hair than a Maltese or Poodle, so we feel she may have a little Shih-Tzu or Terrier in her breed combo along with the Maltipoo. We cannot say that she will be hypoallergenic, but if regular grooming is performed, she will likely not be a big shedder. She was a matted quite a bit when she came in so she was given a nice haircut, which will be very important to be kept up on by her next owner to avoid it in the future! $300.00 adoption.
