Kelsey is an adorable pup! We think she is a Chihuahua/Terrier mix only about 4 months old based on her puppy teeth. She wa a stray so we don't know her background, but the person that brought her in told us that she was good with their other dogs and liked the car ride! She is currently 14 pounds so she is a small thing. We have given her vaccines and microchipped and spayed her. $300.00 adoption.
