Aren't I a cutie? This is Otto, a 3-month old Spaniel + more mix puppy. Otto has a blast playing with his brother Manny while he waits for his new home. He has been started on his puppy shots, has been microchipped and will be neutered on 3/7 before leaving the shelter. The prior owner was given the two pups by a neighbor but didn't realize how much work they were. She had been working on potty training on puppy pads and they were starting to catch on.
