Our new friend Maple is looking for a new place to call home. She was adopted about 4 months ago from the Modesto Shelter, but due to her energetic breed mix, the new owner did not realize she would not be able to balance new dog training with 2 small children and felt it would be more fair to find a better match. Maple enjoys playing with other dogs and would likely do well in a home where someone can give her more to do and maybe a friend to play with. She is a friendly girl who has already been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She is only 45 pounds, but can knock over little ones accidentally, so sturdy kids preferred! Maple rides well in the car and knows some basic obedience commands. She is about 3 years old and is potty trained as well.
