This adorable little 5 pounder is Mateo. He was initially rescued by Lathrop Animal Services in June. Poor little boy had a broken leg which was casted but now is all healed. He will need a little time to recover his strength and we would love him to go into a home where he can have a soft place to sleep and some restricted movement until he is back to full strength in a few weeks. He is about 2 years of age. When he is back to health, he will need to be groomed regularly to keep him handsome!
