Meet Michael, a Maltipoo born on February 10, 2022, who is searching for his brand-new forever family! Michael unfortunately found himself and his son, Akira, (also available for adoption) in need of a new home because his previous owners relocated out of the country, but he hasn't let that transition dampen his sweet, affectionate spirit. This happy-go-lucky pup gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is incredibly gentle with children as young as three years old. At 15 lbs, he's wonderfully lap-sized!
Because Michael spent a good amount of his time outside in his past home, he may need a patient, positive-reinforcement refresher course on his indoor housetraining. He is a bright boy, though, and is sure to master the household rules quickly with a routine and some structure. Michael is scheduled to be neutered on July 7th and will be fully cleared to head to his new home the very next day, July 8th.
