This little boy is named Andy. The poor guy came in as a big mess so we got him checked over. Andy is deaf and blind in his left eye (he has beautiful baby blues). Vet believes he is between 5 and 7 years old. He is very sweet and would love to have someone willing to adopt him and give him the kind life he deserves.
