Nella is a sweetie! She is a Yorkie/Chihuahua mix that was born on 12/14/2022, so she is just over 1 year old. She weighs in at a small 13 lbs. Her previous owners did not have the time to care for her anymore, so they brought her to us so she could find a new home. She is already housetrained with a dog door which is a bonus! She came from a home where she was around other dogs and children, and she did good with them. Her owners said her favorite activity was actually playing with the kids! She would chase cats, though. She will be spayed 2/1 and can go home as early as the day after. We have brought her up to date on vaccinations and microchipped her. $300.00 helps with some of the costs of caring for her here at the shelter.
