Meet Bridger, a truly striking blue merle with an estimated age of one year old. This handsome guy weighs a healthy 35 pounds, which is a typical size for an Aussie. He's still a young man with a lifetime of love and adventure to share! Bridger was a stray, so we don't know his full history, but based on his stunning looks, he's got a lot of Aussie in him. The kind person who found him noted that he gets along well with other dogs and was gentle with children as young as three years old. He also didn't chase their cats, but any homes with cats should be sure to carefully introduce and moniter them. If you already have a dog, we'll ask that they come to the shelter for a meet-and-greet to make sure everyone's a good fit. Bridger is currently on a stray hold until July 22nd, but we're accepting applications now.. Bridger will be microchipped, neutered, and up-to-date on his vaccinations before he leaves our care.
