Poor Goose was found wandering down Olive St. in Turlock on 9/26. The person who rescued him took him straight to the vet where he was treated for fleas and some minor scrapes. Since he was a stray, we don't have too much information about Goose, but he sure seems to be a very friendly boy. He is very social with our staff and seems to get along well with other dogs according to the person who found him. We estimate that he is about 1 year old based on his teeth and is most likely Pomeranian mixed with another small breed. He only weighs 11.8 pounds and it seems that he is fully grown. Goose will be kept on a stray hold until 10/11 to allow his owners a chance to claim him. If he is not claimed, Gosse will be neutered on 10/22, after which he will be able to head to his new home. An adoption fee of $350.00 will cover the cost of his vaccinations, microchip, and neuter. Apply today for a chance to give this sweet boy the second chance he deserves!
