This tiny boy is Oatmeal. He only weighs 7 pounds. He was found running loose in Lathrop, so he will be on a stray hold for a little bit, but we are accepting applications for him in the event no one comes forward to claim him. We don't have any information on his level of training or comfort with kids and other animals, so new owner should be prepared for training in the event he has not had any. He seems to be a friendly little dog and we were told he did fine in the car ride over. He has been cleaned up and vaccinated and will be neutered and microchipped before going home. $400.00 adoption.
