Oscar was brought in to us by Lathrop Animal Services since they were full. He was a little stray who is very sweet. He is about 4 months old and appears to be a Chiweenie. He only weighs 11 pounds, so will stay on the small side. We have given him first puppy shots and he has a neuter appointment on 2/1 so can leave the following day. He is still a baby, so will need training to learn how to be a good boy. $350.00 adoption will help with his costs.
