Meet Otis, the lovable terrier who is ready for his forever home. He and his brother were found abandoned by the side of the road in Stockton. We estimated them to be born around 7/5/23. The kind person who found them was able to take them in and bring them to our shelter. He is very sweet and would love to relax and get pets on someone's lap. An adoption fee of $350 will cover their microchip, neuter and cost of care while they stay with us.
