Libby is a beautiful German Shepherd mix who is new to the shelter and is estimated to be around 2 years old. She was found abandoned at a trucking facility with her puppy, Laynie. Despite her difficult circumstances, Libby is now safe and waiting for a loving home where she can begin her next chapter. She is so sweet and enjoys being with people.
