This adorable little squirt is Arthur. He is about 10 weeks of age and he appears to be a Border Collie mix. Sadly this cutie was abandoned and rescued by a kind person. We are trying to find this guy a forever, loving home where he can grow up into the smart boy he can be. We have started him on his vaccinations and he will be neutered on 7/21.
