This is Ziggy! This charming Shih Tzu, who arrived with his friend Zara, is estimated to be between one and two years old. He weighs just a smidge more than her at 19 lbs. Just like Zara, Ziggy was found as a stray and is currently on a stray hold until May 23rd. This sweet boy has been vaccinated and neutered, and will be microchipped before going to his forever home, assuming his original owner doesn't come forward. He is an adorably nice boy and would surely be a great addition to a home looking for some calm, loving Shih Tzu energy. Shih Tzus are great companion dogs but they do require regular grooming. Any adopter would need to take that into consideration before committing to him. His adoption fee is $350.
